Masters of the Universe - Original Art - Hand Screen Printed T-shirt

It's been 35 years since the Filmation Masters of the Universe cartoon was first aired and still it feels like yesterday, that we watched He-Man and his mates messing up Skeletor's plans to take over Castle Grey Skull :) 
This is a Tee design project we wanted to do for quite a while - and here it finally is - our Westost MOTU Tee! 
 
Our hand screen printed, original art Tee brings together some of the main cast of the series: 
Skeletor, He-Man, Panthor, Battlecat, Evil-Lyn, Beast Man, Trap Jaw, Tri-Klops, Mer-Man, the Sorceress, Teela, Ram Man, Man-At-Arms, Stratos and Orko! And of course Castle Grey Skull and Snake Mountain! 
 
The 4-colour gradient was inspired by the colours of the 80s Mattel MOTU toys: 
Panthor Purple - Merman Green - He-Man Hair Yellow - Orko Red!  
 
The Japanese Logo is a tribute to the very rare Japanes edition of 80s  MOTU Toys by Takara! 
 
Our illustrator Ken designed and drew the artwork for this T-Shirt design.
He developed a unique style inspired by 1950s manga and Japanese block prints. 

The 2 layer print is hand screen printed with high quality, durable and vibrant inks. 
 
We offer our MOTU Tee in a black or navy blue
Tee Material: 100% pre-shrunk ring-spun cotton, 180 g/m²
